Founder
Amy Lambertson is the Founder of The Event Shift and brings over 20 years of experience to the weddings and events industry, with more than 2,000 weddings and events produced throughout her career. She has served as Director of Weddings and Events for multiple high-volume venues, developing a deep understanding of both creative vision and operational execution.
Known for her strength in execution, thoughtful design, and natural ability to connect with people, Amy has built her career around creating events that feel seamless, intentional, and deeply considered. Her work blends structure with creativity, ensuring every detail supports the overall experience.
The Event Shift was created to bring the human element back into events. Amy believes gatherings should be more than well-produced moments—they should be meaningful experiences rooted in collaboration, presence, and genuine connection. Her approach centers people first, with the belief that the most impactful events are built with intention and care
GABRIELLE
Lead Designer, Activations & Creative Installations
Meet Gabrielle — our lead designer for activations and immersive creative experiences. A highly respected and well-known artist throughout Orange County and Los Angeles County, Gabrielle brings a rare blend of artistic vision, technical skill, and intuitive design to every space she touches.
Gabrielle leads the creative direction for all activation stations, custom artwork, and experiential design elements, collaborating closely with Amy to transform ideas into fully realized environments. Her work has supported events and installations for A-list clientele, reflecting a career rooted in high-level creativity, cultural relevance, and thoughtful execution.
In addition to concepting and design, Gabrielle fabricates many of her own custom props and installations, allowing for a level of originality and craftsmanship that is truly one of a kind. She is also Gallup-certified, bringing a strengths-based, people-centered approach to collaboration and creative leadership.
Beyond her immense talent, Gabrielle is known for her warmth, generosity, and genuine kindness — qualities that make the creative process as inspiring as the final result.

JAMIE
Jamie is a seasoned event and corporate photographer with over 12 years of experience capturing high-end events with precision and intention. His work focuses on documenting the look, feel, and elevated atmosphere of corporate gatherings, brand activations, and upscale events—ensuring every detail, interaction, and design element is represented with clarity and polish.
Known for a calm, relaxed presence, Jamie creates an environment where moments unfold naturally rather than feeling staged or forced. His imagery is distinguished by deep, rich color, precise composition, and thoughtful direction, resulting in photographs that feel bold, cinematic, and refined. This approach allows him to tell complete visual stories that reflect both the energy of the event and the brand behind it.
In addition to corporate and event photography, Jamie is also a wedding photographer driven by a genuine passion for documenting powerful stories and moments of intimacy and connection. He is the owner of a creative company specializing in live caricature experiences, offering unique event packages that combine one hour of professional event photography with two hours of caricature drawing—a standout option for upscale, high-end corporate events looking to add an interactive and memorable element.

Born and raised in Huntington Beach, Tiffany has hospitality in her DNA. She’s been immersed in the restaurant world since the age of 14, growing up inside her family’s landmark Main Street restaurant and learning every layer of the business from the ground up.
Deeply connected to Southern California’s surf, dining, and events community, Tiffany brings an effortless confidence and seasoned perspective to every experience she leads. With extensive leadership experience as a General Manager, Event Manager, and Director of Operations for event spaces, she understands how to balance precision, flow, and elevated guest experience.
Calm, intuitive, and highly resourceful, Tiffany thrives on execution days—managing details seamlessly, anticipating needs before they arise, and ensuring events unfold with ease, sophistication, and signature SoCal polish.
JJ
JJ is the lead for Event Lighting and Electrical at The Event Shift, bringing over 15 years of experience in the events and production industry. As a licensed electrical contractor, JJ specializes in complex electrical systems, power distribution, and problem-solving for both temporary and permanent event installations.
Known as a true jack-of-all-trades, JJ combines deep technical expertise with a calm, down-to-earth approach that makes him easy to work with in high-pressure environments. His ability to troubleshoot, adapt, and execute across a wide range of electrical needs makes him an invaluable asset to events of every scale.
JJis also highly creative, with a strong eye for design and atmosphere. His lighting installations are known for being bold, seamless, and visually striking—many of which have reached celebrity-level, top-tier production standards. Whether solving complex electrical challenges or creating unforgettable lighting moments, JJ brings precision, creativity, and reliability to every project.

Dias is an experienced Audiovisual Technician with over 15 years of experience providing audio and video support for small to mid-sized corporate events. He specializes in delivering reliable, well-executed AV solutions for meetings, presentations, and hybrid events, with a strong focus on clarity, efficiency, and smooth show flow.
His services include audio and video equipment rentals, such as speakers, microphones, projectors, and screens, as well as stage and décor lighting. Dais also supports events as an audio operator—managing multiple inputs, outputs, and processing—and as a video operator for video switching and virtual or hybrid event production.
